BRIGHT REAR LIGHT AND BRAKE LIGHT
The rear light lets you be visible from up to 2 km away. A brake light detects when you slow down or stop and displays a unique flashing pattern.
ADVANCED VEHICLE DETECTION
View alerts for small, medium, and large vehicles and see when a vehicle changes lane, along with its threat level, when paired with a newer version of Edge or the Varia app on your smartphone.
RECEIVE ALERTS HOW YOU PREFER
For visual and audible alerts while you're on the road, connect this radar to the Varia app, compatible Edge devices, or Garmin smartwatches. In addition to wrist-based alerts, select Garmin smartwatches can also provide audio alerts for approaching vehicles; this feature is currently available in the Garmin Public Beta for select smartwatches.
DIFFERENT BRIGHTNESS OPTIONS
Ride with four different brightness levels: day flash, night flash, steady mode, and group mode, which help protect the eyes of those behind you. You can also customize your preferred mode via the Varia app.
COMPACT DESIGN
The compact design and new Varia RearVue 820 seatpost mount fit perfectly on almost any road or gravel bike and is compatible with the Varia Seatpost Mount Kit (sold separately).
