Additional Features The enclosure recommendations above are external dimensions assuming 19mm (0.75") thick material. If using 16mm (0.625") thick material, subtract 6.5mm (0.25") from each measurement. Do not use material thinner than 16mm (0.625"), as this may compromise enclosure rigidity. All enclosure volumes above are net internal volumes. To find the final gross internal volume, add the driver, light, and binding post offset. All enclosure dimensions above already account for this. When mounting multiple units in a single shared enclosure, you will need to recalculate the enclosure and port dimensions. For assistance, contact your authorized JL Audio dealer or JL Audio Technical Support. We recommend use in a bi-amped system using high-quality satellites and a premium amplifier. However, we do not recommend using this device with a passive crossover (voice coil), as this type of device may negatively affect performance.
