  • The RUTX50 is a multi-network industrial router ready for 5G communications and Starlink functionality. We chose this device because it is suitable for nautical applications.
    The new 5G networks are not always ready and performing in all browsing areas. A simple 5G router in certain areas could even navigate with
    a speed lower than a modern and high-performance 4G LTE class 20 router.


  • The RUTX50 is equipped with Wi-Fi 4 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces and a WAN interface to connect for example a Starlink satellite antenna (not included)
  • With this configuration your vessel will have high-speed connectivity both offshore and inshore by sharing satellite connections,
  • 5G and existing 4G LTE networks achieving the best coverage available on the market today.

  • With this system you can serve up to 4 wired smart TVs while enjoying streaming applications simultaneously on all devices
    or equip the boat with remotely accessible IP surveillance cameras, navigate with your portable smartphone or tablet devices via Wi-Fi
    with a stable and uninterrupted connection. Having two SIM cards available will ensure excellent connection even during the summer season and in areas
  • very populated tourist areas especially when 5G 4G LTE connections become saturated. Having two SIM cards available will decrease the 'probability' of
    lack of network.

  • The Starlink Monitoring and Management Dashboard provides a real-time interface for monitoring and controlling Starlink dishes. It communicates directly with the dish using the gRPC protocol over grpcurl, continuously collecting telemetry and operational data. These include key performance indicators such as network status, antenna quality, obstruction events, and firmware details. The system transmits this information in real time, allowing users to view up-to-date status and performance parameters at a glance.
    In addition to passive monitoring, the dashboard enables active device management. Through the same gRPC interface, users can issue control commands such as:
  • Deploy – Place the dish in its operating position.
  • Store : Retract the dish safely for transport or storage.
  • Restart : Restarts your device to resolve connectivity or performance issues.
  • This combination of continuous telemetry viewing and direct command execution makes the dashboard a critical tool for both overseeing Starlink operations and performing essential maintenance tasks in real time.
