Intuitive multitouch display
The GO9 XSE is simple to use, with intuitive touchscreen controls that are similar to those on smartphones and tablets. Tap to create or select waypoints, pinch to zoom in or out, and drag to easily pan maps. Simple home screen and menu layouts give you quick access to all features, with large icons and easy-to-read captions that are easy to recognize and select.

The GO9 XSE is a full-featured chartplotter with support for the widest range of cartography options available, including C-MAP® MAX-N, Navionics®, Insight®, Insight Genesis® and NV Digital® Charts. Navigate confidently to destinations near and far, with the flexibility to choose the maps that best suit your needs and location. Easily set and record destinations with simplified waypoint management—mark waypoints with one touch and assign intuitive names that make it easy to find the destination you want, no matter how many locations you have mapped.

Simplified navigation thanks to autorouting
Autorouting offers the same convenience and simplicity of in-car navigation on boats, allowing you to plot a route and get underway with less delay. Simply select a destination and the GO XSE display will suggest the shortest, safest route, taking into account the draft and size of your vessel. This feature is available with Navionics+ or Navionics Platinum charts (Navionics Autorouting) and with Jeppesen CMAP MAX-N+ charts (Jeppesen Easy Routing).
Built-in 10Hz GPS receiver*

View depth with built-in sonar

With an optional ForwardScan transducer, this forward-looking sonar technology provides a clear, two-dimensional image of the bottom ahead of your vessel, allowing you to navigate shallow and poorly charted waters with confidence. With real-time updates and a forward-looking view of more than eight times your current depth, ForwardScan lets you relax and enjoy a safer, more relaxed cruise.
Fishfinder with CHIRP and StructureScan® HD sidescan imaging
Whether fishing is your passion or just a casual hobby, any fishing trip will benefit from the Simrad GO9 XSE's extensive array of built-in sonar technologies. Add a suitable transducer, available separately or bundled with your display, and the GO9 XSE functions as a powerful fishfinder with CHIRP-enabled broadband sonar for fish detection throughout the water column. With an optional HDI or TotalScan transducer, the GO9 XSE also offers StructureScan HD sidescan imaging for a crystal-clear view of fish-holding structure beneath and around your boat.
Simrad SonicHub®2 and integrated Bluetooth® audio
If you want to listen to your favorite tunes on the water, the Simrad SonicHub®2 marine audio system is the perfect complement to your GO9 XSE display. Stream music from Bluetooth®-connected tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices, play MP3s from a USB flash drive, or listen to SonicHub 2's built-in AM/FM radio. SonicHub 2 gives you complete control of your audio entertainment system from your GO9 XSE display, eliminating the need for a separate stereo and letting you listen to your music, anytime.
GoFree™ with cloud functionality and built-in Wi-Fi
With built-in Wi-Fi, the Simrad GO9 XSE provides direct access to GoFree cloud services, including wireless map downloads, software updates, and more. Whether you're hooked up to your home Wi-Fi network with your boat trailered in the driveway, hooked up to your marina's Wi-Fi, or connected to your smartphone while out on the water, you can access GoFree cloud services anywhere you have an internet connection. On the water, GoFree connects the Simrad GO9 XSE to your mobile devices, mirroring the display screen on your smartphone or allowing you to control it remotely from your tablet with the free GoFree Controller app.
SiriusXM Weather Integration
The Simrad GO9 XSE is the only GO series display compatible with SiriusXM Marine Satellite Weather, thanks to the optional WM-3 expansion module, giving you real-time access to weather information on your display. With access to weather radar, surface buoy reports, NOAA Marine Zone forecasts, and more, you can check offshore conditions before you leave the dock. SiriusXM Marine is a subscription service, available in North America only.
