Recovering 'dead' batteries after deep discharge
Unlike other brands, the Blue Smart IP67 waterproof charger will attempt to recharge the batteries after a deep discharge by forcing them to charge with a low current. Normal charging will then resume as soon as sufficient voltage is present at the battery terminals.

The Blue Smart IP67 waterproof charger has built-in Bluetooth, so you can monitor the charger and battery status from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop. All charger settings can be configured using the app.

The Blue Smart IP67 charger is the wireless solution for monitoring voltage and current, changing settings, and updating the charger when new features become available. With Bluetooth, the IP67 charger's features have been improved and are similar to those of our IP22 and IP65 chargers.
Fully encapsulated: water resistant, shock resistant and fire retardant
Water, oil, or dirt won't harm the Blue Smart IP67 Charger. The case is made of cast aluminum while all the electronics are molded in resin.

A new industry standard: with 92% efficiency and above, these chargers dissipate three to four times less heat. And when the battery is fully charged, power consumption drops to less than one watt, five to ten times lower than the industry standard.
5-stage adaptive charging algorithm: first stage charge – absorption – reconditioning – maintenance – storage
The Blue Smart charger features a microprocessor-controlled adaptive charge management system. The adaptive function automatically optimizes the charging process based on the battery's usage pattern.
Storage Mode: Less maintenance and less aging during periods of battery disuse
Conservation mode activates when the battery has not been discharged for 24 consecutive hours. In conservation mode, the flow voltage is reduced to 2.2 V/cell (13.2 V for a 12 V battery) to minimize corrosion of the positive plates. The voltage is returned to the "absorption" level once a week to balance the battery's state of charge. This function prevents electrolyte stratification and sulfation, the main causes of premature battery aging.

Lithium-ion batteries are charged using a simple constant current – absorption – float algorithm.
Battery recovery function for completely discharged batteries
It even starts charging if the battery has been discharged to zero volts. It reconnects to a fully discharged lithium-ion battery with the internal disconnect function.
Thermal protection
It can be used in a heated environment such as an engine room. The output current drops if the temperature exceeds 60°C, but the charger continues to function.
