Inmarsat satellite system
The Inmarsat provides service with terrestrial coverage from North 76º to 76º South. The three Inmarsat-4 satellites are positioned in geostationary orbit at 35,600 km at the equator. Each satellite is equipped with a global type of signal offering the service coverage from the poles to the equator.
