B&G's V60 range of VHF radios offers the option of a Class B AIS receiver (V60) or transceiver (V60B), which not only receives AIS targets but also transmits your yacht's position to nearby AIS-equipped vessels. This will allow other mariners to locate your vessel in any conditions, day or night. AIS information can be displayed on the radio's built-in screen or overlaid on a chart or radar screen using a compatible chartplotter.

Removable ergonomic grip microphone
The V60-B radio's removable handheld microphone can be connected to the front or rear of the radio, while optional extension cables allow the radio and microphone to be mounted separately. This provides a simple and cost-effective solution for any mounting location, eliminating cable clutter. For example, the V60-B radio can be suspended, with no trailing cables, while the microphone is connected to an extension socket on the console.

Expandable with wireless handset
Add an optional wireless handset to take your radio anywhere on the boat. The HS60 handset is designed as an intuitive portable companion to the V60 radio. Each handset duplicates the radio's display and controls, allowing remote access to all key functions. Up to two wireless handsets can be connected to a single base station. With multiple handsets connected, the V60 radio also becomes a convenient onboard intercom.
