Through Steel

This thru-hull transducer provides ultra-sharp scan images of objects, structures and fish found under the vessel. This traditional CHIRP sonar and CHIRP DownVü / SideVü transducer offer optimized performance in deep water and harsh conditions.

The CHIRP DownVü / SideVü elements have a power rating of 500 W per element (1,500 W total) and operating frequencies of 260/455 kHz. Traditional CHIRP sonar has a power rating of 600W and operating frequencies of 80-160kHz. Includes a built-in fast response temperature sensor. For hull lean angles of less than 25 degrees.

The GT51M-TH includes a 12-pin stainless steel shaft transducer, fairing block, isolation plate and bushings, mounting components, and installation instructions. Follow the instructions carefully to avoid damage to the boat.

D. Salve. Ho un Garmin striker 7sv equipaggiato con il trasduttore tradizionale GT20-TM a poppa di una barca a vela da 10 metri. Fino a 50 metri ho una discreta visione anche se non nitida come vorrei,penso per disturbi dovuti all'elica in quanto il trasduttore è stato montato a poppavia rispetto all'elica. Inoltre dopo i 50 metri il display lampeggia e perde il segnale. Vorrei sostituire quello passante che comunque ho a prua. Quale mi consiglia e soprattutto migliorerà la situazione? Grazie

R. 31-10-2020 Buongiorno, non mi torna quanto Lei sostiene, ovvero se a bordo Lei ha un GT20 credo che il Suo sia uno Striker 7CV. Me lo può confermare? Per quanto riguarda il resto si può pensare di installare un trasduttore come il GT15 adatto però solo per la funzionalità eco Chirp standard, non ha la funzione ClearVù come il GT20. D. Salve... volevo sapere questo trasduttore con quali eco/gps fosse compatibile... io lo cerco possibilmente o da 9 o da 12 pollici...grazie

D. salve, grazie per la risposta "il miglior trasduttore da abbinare al 7408xsv come da Sua richiesta, è sicuramente il GT51, le cui prestazioni sono di ca 250/280mt in eco Chirp standard, e ca 100mt in Down (ClearVù) e Side Vision" Vi chiedo un chiarimento: preferirei un trasduttore passante e allora potrei usare il trasduttore Full Chirp poppa GT51-TH 80/160khz e DownVù Bronzo Passante con quello strumento o è compatibile solo con quello da poppa? se compatibile col trans hull, le prestazioni sarebbero migliori? grazie

R. 06-03-2020 Buon pomeriggio, certamente il 7408xsv è compatibile con entrambi i trasduttori GT51, sia in versione da poppa che passante. Il vantaggio che si ottiene installando quello passante è che si annullano delle turbolenze create dai motori. In sostanza con barca ferma non vi sono differenze fra un GT51 da poppa ed un GT51 passante. Il vantaggio oltretutto del 7408xsv, è che può gestire contemporaneamente due trasduttori.
